•    The Word of God is alive & active, therefore the catalyst of transformation.
•    We seek to demonstrate and practice a life where biblical principles are applied.

Ethnically Reflective
•    We recognize and embrace diversity in the local body of Christ.
•    We believe the inside of the church should be reflective of the outside.
•    The church should have the same ethnicity composition as its community.

Culturally Relevant
•    The church should present the Truth of the Gospel in a cultural context.
•    The message of the Gospel can’t change! Method(s) are culturally driven.
•    This is best accomplished by raising-up indigenous leaders.

Prayer Powered
•    We recognize the act of rescuing souls from hell is a spiritual battle.
•    Prayer must be a core practice as the sole source of victory.

Atmosphere of Acceptance
•    We endeavor to demonstrate the love of Christ to all we encounter.
•    We seek to emulate the example of unconditional acceptance set forth by Jesus.
•    We see a distinct difference between Acceptance and Approval.
•    We can accept and love all, without approving their lifestyle.

Team Led
•    We see leadership modeled in the Godhead.
•    We seek to establish diversity and shared leadership in all areas.
•    We recognize the concept of  “the first among equals.”

Doctrinally Simplistic
•    We seek to be in unity with other workers in the harvest.
•    Unity can only be achieved by focusing on the absolutes of scripture.
•    Absolutes are not denominational beliefs or schools of theology.

Exponentially-Minded
•    We desire to plant procreating churches.
•    We see the most powerful tool in winning a nation is viral church planting.
•    The local church must be the exponentially minded entity.
